Part 8:  Implementation of the Model

Before the fourth industrial revolution can save you, you must help save it. 

All of the theoretical knowledge that is necessary to launch the various aspects of the fourth industrial revolution have already been conceived through the efforts of those who helped create and maintain the first, second and third industrial revolutions. 

However, at the moment, the vast majority of this knowledge lies fallow in the pages of technical journals and the minds of the few scholars and intellectuals who understand it.  The goal for those of us who wish to see a positive future is that this knowledge be expanded from its present cloistered environment and brought to the world at large.

This then brings us to the steps that each of us must help carry out in order to achieve this goal. 

Step One

First, we must work together to reach a critical mass of individuals who are aware of this knowledge.  To achieve this we need to identify the people we know who would be receptive to this information and encourage them to watch these videos or read the transcripts.

Step Two

Second, as more individuals in your local community begin to understand the importance of this goal, you can begin to form groups of like-minded individuals that will work together in order to support the intellectuals that have the knowledge of the various parts that make up the fourth industrial revolution.

The purpose of supporting the intellectuals is to provide them with the means to take the knowledge that has been tested in the lab and figure out how to put it into full scale application.  In essence, we need to figure out how to mass produce and distribute the fourth industrial revolution.  This is where you must provide the greatest help. 

Before this knowledge can support you through production, you must provide the support to get it into production.  This requires one of two things from those of us who are serious about protecting our communities and the futures of not only ourselves but of those we love and those in the generations to come.

Step Three

This third step will require sweat equity as well as a certain amount of financing.  Financing which will not come from any of the standard approaches of starting businesses today.  It will only come from those of us who are willing to put a little of our financial resources to these projects.   

However, the wonderful thing about the fourth industrial revolution is that the vast majority of the technologies will not require staggering amounts of capital to reach profitability.  That is why it is so wonderfully powerful. 

With just a little bit of effort on our parts, many of the industrial processes that we are proposing here could begin to make a profit very quickly.  All they require is a little push by those who understand.  And once a few of them have become profitable, we can use the resources that they produce to create and implement other industries of the fourth industrial revolution.  In this cascading manner, we can build out the entire new world. 

Sequence of Implementation 

In earlier segments we identified twenty industries that need to be implemented.  Which should be first?  Well, that depends upon how many groups emerge and provide the necessary resources.  If only a small number of groups develop to start with, then we will need to be selective on where we begin.  If, on the other hand, this knowledge spreads quickly and a large enough number of groups form, we can divide the various industries and get them all moving at the same time. 

However, as with most major changes in civilization, it is generally the case that you will only have a few to begin with.  It will probably be no different for the fourth industrial revolution.  Under that assumption we must provide a list of the remaining industries in the order in which they will be implemented.  There are four criteria by which we will determine this order: 

First, how difficult will it be to initially reach profitability? 

Second, what is the present receptivity in the culture for the new technology?

Third, how many regulations are in place to prevent its introduction?

And fourth, which ones have the greatest chance of providing profit in the present world as distinguished from the world of the fourth industrial revolution? 

Based on this criterion, there are four industries that should probably top the list. 

The first is solar-driven electrical energy generation; the second is the expansion and utilization of food production; the third is the education of those willing to learn how to produce the fourth industrial revolution; and the fourth is the introduction of competing money systems. 

This last one is necessary not so much for its receptivity by the present culture but its absolute critical necessity in the coming financial environment.  For, as it was stated earlier, without an advanced mechanism of exchange, all of the other technologies will not be possible. 

Fortunately, there are few regulations that prevent individuals from introducing their own private currency.  And in fact, with the advances in computer technology including but not limited to flash drives, we have the means to rapidly introduce a competing financial mechanism. 

With the introduction of one or more of the above technologies, there should be adequate financial resources to trigger all of those that remain.  All that would still be required is the needed sweat equity. 

With this said, it would be possible that all the technologies for the following list of industries could be started simultaneously if there were enough individuals that would be willing to provide the necessary labor.  But if we still continue to have a shortage of sweat equity, the remaining industries should probably be introduced in the following order: 

• Maintaining of Standards
• Generation of Materials
• Processing of Materials
• Shelter
• Heating
• Transportation
• Sanitation and Waste Disposal
• Clean Water Production and Delivery
• Medicine
• Organic Chemical Processing
• Computing Technology
• Communications
• Lighting
• Clothing
• Justice
• Defense

In closing, if we have the courage and fortitude to act now when we still have a chance, when the collapse isn’t completely obvious to everyone,  and we push forward in the early stages even when there will be great resistance, we have the potential of giving the generations to come a future that we can only begin to imagine.  If we do not, the fate of mankind for many generations to come could be very very dark indeed.
