Part 6: Necessary Components for Community Sustainability Defense The best defense is the sharing of next generation tech-nologies so that populations that could be a threat to your survival are receiving the knowledge of how to survive themselves. The chances are very small that two sharing and cooperating populations will attack one another. Carried to the natural conclusion this is how enduring peace will be produced. Also, one side light, it has been said that large scale modern war is only possible with large scale fiat currency. With the disappearance of large scale fiat currencies, large scale modern wars will disappear as well. But with all of this said, in the early stages of the fourth industrial revolution before it becomes widespread and universal, there is the possibility that communities who are attempting to build according to the principals and technologies spelled out here, could be attacked by a group of individuals brought together by the same rapacious ambitions and desires. Under this situation, the simple question is how involved and how accomplished and what technologies do the attacking criminals have? If they have technology such as tactical nuclear warheads and super sonic jets, essentially if they have technology beyond you, the community faces a disaster. However with the breakdown of large scale production across the globe, everyone will be worried about oneself and the odds of war at this level will all but disappear. Under these conditions those with the most advanced technology will easily be able to produce the necessary weapons to defend themselves. As for how this will be done, it is an extremely delicate subject. Once a community enters the fourth industrial revolution, it will become clear to those running the community what the proper steps should be.
